• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Key Account Management or related CPG commercial roles.
• Proven success managing major retail accounts, with Walmart being the strongest preference.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales, profitability, market share, and trade investment for strategic retail accounts, owning full P&L.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while acting as the primary day-to-day contact.
• Develop and execute customer plans and Joint Business Plans aligned with customer priorities and Company objectives.
• Identify growth opportunities across retail and e-commerce, including distribution, merchandising, pricing, promotion, and innovation.
• Lead pricing, promotion, merchandising, distribution, and trade investment negotiations to support profitable growth.
• Develop and maintain accurate customer forecasts and demand plans, collaborating with Demand Planning.
