Job Summary :
The Key Account Manager role builds and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators to promote ticket sales and services in the Canadian market.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
Maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, consolidators and tour operators, acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, agreements, and incentive programs with travel partners to maximize mutual benefits.
Utilize CRM tool to document sales activity and maintain an updated client and prospect database.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance, identify gaps, recommend solutions, to include monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize clients with airline offerings and booking tools.
Represent the airline at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Stay updated on airline products, policies, and industry developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
