The Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) is seeking qualified candidates for Elementary and Secondary School Vice-Principal roles in Toronto. Interviews will assess readiness for leadership, with shortlisting for upcoming vacancies over the next two years.

Successful applicants will contribute to a diverse workforce and provide Catholic faith community leadership, instructional leadership, and safe learning environments.

Qualifications

• Two specialist or honours specialist qualifications or a master's degree required.
• Religious Education Part I and Foundation Series completion by 2027.
• Principal's Qualifications Program Part 2 to be completed by 2027.
• At least five years of permanent teaching experience as of 2027.

Responsabilités

• Support the principal in setting the school's direction and shared vision.
• Foster an inclusive culture and equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
• Oversee school operations including staff management, safety, and records.
• Support teacher growth through fair, consistent performance appraisal.
