Job summary

Optimum Insurance in North Bay is seeking a Junior Telephone Adjuster to join our Claims team. You will manage claims from initial notification through resolution, investigate losses, review policy coverage, negotiate settlements, and maintain accurate documentation with empathy.

You'll collaborate with brokers, insureds, and third parties while building your knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Junior Telephone Adjuster

Salary Range: $50,000 - $57,000 annually

Optimum Insurance is looking for a Telephone Adjuster to join our Claims team in North Bay.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Claims you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service by managing claims from initial notification through to resolution. You will investigate losses, review policy coverage, assess claims, negotiate settlements, and ensure a positive experience for our policyholders throughout the claims process.
