Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Sports Management, Education, Community Development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated passion for sports and a desire to work in Leisure & Sports industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and execution of community sports programs and events.
• Coordinate logistics for activities, equipment, and venues.
• Engage with participants, coaches, and volunteers, offering help and information.
• Help promote programs through various channels.
• Collect data for program evaluation and reporting.
• Learn and apply best practices in sports development and community engagement.
• Maintain records of program activities and participant engagement.
• Assist in managing program budgets and resources under supervision.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth operation of initiatives.
• Uphold the organization’s values and mission in all interactions.
