The role requires at least five years of coaching experience, credentials like CSCS/NASM-PES/UKSCA, and strong knowledge of physiology, biomechanics and nutrition. A hybrid work model and access to top facilities are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a performance coach or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of exercise physiology, biomechanics and sports nutrition.
• Proven ability to design and implement training programs for athletes of varying levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Design, implement and supervise individualized and team-based performance training.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of athletes' physical strengths and metrics.
• Develop strategies to enhance speed, agility, strength, power and endurance.

• Educate athletes on nutrition, injury prevention and recovery.
