We are hiring a Junior Sous Chef at Trius Winery Restaurant. We are seeking someone with experience as a pastry chef as well. This is a rare opportunity to work back of house at Niagara's only Michelin-recommended dining experience!
Reporting to the Executive Chef and working closely with the entire kitchen management team, this position is ideal for someone with some previous leadership experience who wants to grow in an amazing organization with estate wineries across Canada.

We are looking for a passionate leader to join Chef Frank Dodd's team. The Junior Sous Chef will lead in training and developing the team, assist in delivering a high-quality food program, represent the kitchen at events, and support the Manager on Duty when the Executive Chef is unavailable.
