ONIT Construction Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor with at least two years of ICI supervisory experience. The role suits a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.
Headquartered in Burlington, the role involves travel to project sites across the GTHA and surrounding areas. The Site Supervisor will focus on safety, coordination, quality, and scheduling while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget.

ONIT Construction is seeking a Site Supervisor with a minimum of two years of relevant ICI supervisory experience. This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a leadership position and enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on construction environment.
ONIT Construction brings proven experience across the institutional, commercial and industrial sectors. Our clients include the University of Toronto, Durham Region, the City of Toronto, the City of Brampton, Niagara Region and others.
We are COR certified and committed to maintaining a strong safety culture across all project sites.
As Site Supervisor, you will independently oversee day-to-day operations on your assigned project, with support from the Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Your primary focus will be safety, trade coordination, quality, documentation and schedule.
Our projects primarily consist of small to mid-sized ICI renovations, retrofits, additions and facility upgrades. You will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and clients to help ensure each project is completed safely, efficiently, on time and on budget.
Our head office is located in Burlington, and travel to assigned project sites throughout the GTHA and surrounding areas is required.
Required training or certification renewals will be provided where needed.
Job Type: Full-time contract
Compensation: Based on experience
Vehicle: Car allowance provided in addition to base compensation
Schedule: Primarily Monday to Friday, with hours varying based on project requirements
Location: Burlington reporting office, with assigned project sites throughout the GTHA and surrounding areas
