Inter-Co Division 10 is hiring a Junior Project Manager for our Toronto, ON office. You will support the sales, estimating and project teams in the delivery of commercial washroom and locker room projects, coordinate shop drawings, site measures, and scheduling.

You will manage subcontract installers, handle change orders, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and profitable project completion while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Post-secondary education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with supply and installation of washroom and locker projects with sales & estimating teams.
• Coordinate shop drawings, site measures, meetings, product orders and shipping arrangements.
• Oversee third-party subcontract installers on job sites.
• Review and price change orders and pursue profitable change orders.
• Address delays, site conditions, installation issues and day-to-day project challenges.
• Collaborate with manufacturer/supplier partners on orders and deliveries.
• Work with project managers, warehouse staff and drivers to complete projects.
• Close out projects with customers and ensure satisfaction on delivery.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
