As we grow and embark on new initiatives, effective project management is essential to ensuring smooth execution, collaboration, and alignment with our strategic goals. To support this, we are pleased to introduce the role of Junior Project Manager, as part of the Strategic Growth Team.
The Junior Project Manager is supported by the Director of Business Process Development and plays a key role in supporting all aspects of project planning, execution, delivery, and sustainability. Through collaboration and a cross-functional approach, the Junior Project Manager will provide assistance in the development of project plans, defining timelines, resource allocation, and tracking progress against well-defined KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role involves managing tasks, coordinating team efforts, and proactively identifying and addressing potential risks or obstacles. Strong communication is essential, as the Junior Project Manager will facilitate collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear expectations, timely updates, and seamless workflow.
