We are hiring a Junior Project Manager

Our mission is to streamline and accelerate the adoption of open source across the global enterprise technology market. Our Project Managers are responsible for ensuring project success by owning, driving, communicating, and engaging all stakeholders with integrity and accountability.

The role involves managing projects with complex and evolving software technologies, maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, cost, and resource expectations.
2. Identifying and mitigating technical and project risks and issues.
3. Maintaining strong customer focus and collaborating with stakeholders for successful outcomes.
4. Conducting regular status meetings and business reviews with customers.
5. Supporting delivery schedules of critical third-party deliverables.
6. Advocating for appropriate technologies from Canonical's portfolio to customers.

What we are looking for:

• Strong academic background in science, software engineering, or information technology.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A solution-oriented mindset with leadership experience, demonstrated through school or university activities.
• Academic excellence from high school through university.
• Degree in a technical field or a compelling alternative narrative.
