Qualifications

  • Over 3 years managing end-to-end projects, preferably in digital and mobile spaces.

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate internal teams of up to 8 members.

Description

Producers are critical to our success at Eventbase. They are the point of contact for our clients and also lead production of their event apps. These teams work alongside our Production, Sales, and Product teams to implement and integrate our platform with our clients’ marketing and technology needs.

Successful Producers have a unique pairing of project management and customer success skills, focused on complex offerings, mobile applications, and supporting enterprise companies.

This is a remote, full-time contract, covering parental leave with an expected end date of May 15th, 2026. There is no guarantee of a role at Eventbase after the contract. The position works on Pacific Standard Time hours. Only candidates residing in Canada with valid work status will be considered.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, setting expectations, leading project updates, managing timelines, and collaborating with Sales, Production, and Product teams to ensure project success.
  • Train and onboard new clients onto our platform.
  • Recommend features and functionalities to clients to enhance their event experience.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring milestones and objectives are met on time, including resourcing, team meetings, prioritization, and administrative tasks.
  • Handle full project management responsibilities, including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Motivate and guide internal production teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Assess risks, establish clear ownership, and communicate objectives effectively.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving roadblocks.
  • Utilize tools like JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp, 10,000ft, and Slack to maintain efficiency.
  • Manage multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines professionally and with good humor.
  • Travel to client events as needed.
What You Bring
  • Over 3 years of managing end-to-end projects, preferably in digital and mobile spaces.
  • Experience working with premier clients as a Project or Account Manager.
  • Knowledge of Agile project management.
  • Comfort in managing client expectations via various communication channels.
  • Experience leading web and/or mobile development projects with six-figure budgets.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate internal teams of up to 8 members.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for mobile apps, able to speak tech talk confidently.
  • Fast-paced, proactive, and resourceful work style.
  • Strong ownership, problem-solving skills, and poise in chaotic situations.
  • Highly organized with excellent multi-tasking abilities.
  • Willing to get hands dirty when necessary.
Nice to Have
  • Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP designation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
  • Experience using Jira.
