Job summary

BDN Construction in Toronto, ON is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support commercial construction projects from procurement through closeout. This is a full-time, permanent role designed for recent graduates who are organized, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to project execution.

We're looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our team. Recent graduates welcome. If you're organized, eager to learn, and ready to support project execution from procurement to closeout, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Manage project documentation and communications across teams
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site activities
• Support project budgets and financial tracking in Procore
• Assist with site reviews to ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
• Help with risk management and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clear communication

• Support the team in obtaining permits and meeting legal requirements

What You Bring
