Job summary

BDN Construction in Toronto, ON seeks a Site Superintendent to lead on-site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will oversee daily activities, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, and ensure materials and schedules stay on track.

This full-time role offers CA$85,000–CA$100,000 per year, paid time off, and comprehensive training. Occasional travel across Ontario project sites is required, in a supportive, family-like work culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a site superintendent on restaurant & retail projects.
• Familiarity with commercial construction processes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Expert in construction safety.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and on-site labor.
• Excellent problem-solving and on-site issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. You will manage all aspects of the site, ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
