Inizio Engage Canada is seeking a Junior Pharmaceutical Representative to raise awareness on vaccines through face-to-face engagement with GPs and nurses in Edmonton and Calgary. This in-field role reports to the Business Manager.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of customer-facing sales or service experience, excellent presentation skills, and a Bachelor’s degree. Travel, CRM updates, and cross-functional collaboration are core to the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (science/business degree preferred).
• 1–3 years of customer facing experience in sales or customer service.
• Excellent presentation skills; articulate and professional communication.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Represent client’s products in person (or virtually) to healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Provide insights on product messages and field intelligence for brand adoption.
• Develop strategic territory plans to maximize opportunities and logistical efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including client’s Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives and Sales Managers.
• Strategically manage expenses and budget to maximize results.
• Develop comprehensive key account plans and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Complete daily CRM entries and attend training.

**Junior Pharmaceutical Representative / Edmonton, Calgary** Inizio Engage Canada is in search of a team of Junior Pharmaceuticals Representative that have sales or customer service experience that will raise awareness on a vaccine face to face with GPs and nurses in their assigned territory.
