Job summary

Grande Prairie Nissan is hiring a Parts Advisor to source parts for customers and technicians, quote prices, sell parts, and handle special orders. You will manage inventory, keep the area organized, and follow safety policies in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role requires familiarity with automotive parts operations, a post-secondary program, and strong organizational skills. Ontario license not required here; Ontario-specific terms not applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive dealership Parts Department is preferred.
• Completion of a related post-secondary program or training is an asset.
• Familiarity with CDK and general Parts/Service operations helps.
• Strong organizational, time management, and detail-oriented skills.
• Professionalism and high integrity expected.

Responsibilities

• Research and source parts for customers or technicians.
• Sell parts to customers or service work orders.
• Complete special-order parts requests as needed.
• Communicate status of parts and notify on delivery to the dealership.
• Pick up parts for customers or technicians as required.
• Restock shelves and organize warranty parts.
• Maintain clean work area and displays; follow safety policies.
• Perform other duties as required.
