This program supports growth through real projects, mentoring from senior sales leaders, and a flexible in-office schedule in Kingston (3-4 days per week). Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Some previous sales experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be set up for success through a tailored training program.
• Have a dedicated career coach, a seasoned sales leader within the business, who will support, guide and mentor you in your early career and beyond.
