The role emphasizes organization, communication, and administrative excellence, with a base salary in the $40k range and a total range up to $60k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Must have Microsoft Office; CRM experience is an asset.
• Strong administrative skills; experience in sales and marketing is an asset.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-first approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate creative materials, production, and client approvals.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
• Maintain client records, bookings, and campaign tracking.
• Coordinate interviews, assist with promotions, sponsorships, and events.
• Research and generate new business leads.
• Assist with marketing initiatives and audience growth.
• Communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
