Job summary

Onni is seeking a Commercial Leasing Analyst in Vancouver to support market research, prepare lease proposals, LOIs, and listing agreements, and coordinate with brokers and property teams. You will help manage documentation and deadlines while maintaining precise records.

You will analyze market trends, assist with renewal proposals, understand lease economics, and support on-site tours. Strong MS Office skills, good written and verbal communication, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
• Assist in preparing lease proposals, offers, and listing agreements for our property portfolio, prepare lease documentation including LOIs, offers to lease, lease agreements, assignments, modifications, surrenders and renewals.
• Negotiate lease options, amendments buyouts and terminations.
• Foster and maintain relationships with commercial real estate brokers and industry professionals.
• Coordinate and update marketing materials such as brochures, tenant information packages and property handouts.
• Assist in analyzing market trends and preparing lease renewal proposals for existing properties.
• Understand lease economics, operations budgets and lender requirements.
• Follow up on document submissions and aid with onsite property tours.
• Coordinate tenant improvement needs with property management teams and monitor progress.
• Assist in coordinator broker events and attend real estate industry events such as ICSC and NAIOP.
• Enter, update and verify various database information and electronic records accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
