Onni Group of Companies in Vancouver seeks a motivated Junior Commercial Property Manager to keep our commercial properties operating at their best. You will build strong tenant relationships, stay organized, and take a hands-on approach to day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in commercial real estate.
• Must be technology proficient.
• Must be personable and reliable.
• Have a good understanding of construction processes and practices.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
• Able to adapt to change and work independently.
• Proven multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge about modern HVAC systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day building and site operations.
• Develop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors.
• Manage and provide direction to site staff.
• Prioritize and respond to tenant service requests.
• Issue work orders for maintenance and improvement work.
• Ensure service contracts are completed timely and professionally.
• Track keys and access FOBs; maintain logs.
• Assist with tenant moves-ins/outs and tenant improvements.
• Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting; coordinate events.
• Manage maintenance inventory and be on-call for emergencies.
• Other duties as required.

What Will You Do?

• Oversee all day to day building and site operations

• Develop strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and vendors

• Manage and provide direction to site staff

• Manage and prioritize tenant service requests

• Issue work orders to complete building or site maintenance and improvement work

• Ensure monthly service contracts are being completed in a timely professional manner

• Track keys and access FOBS

• Maintain all building and site maintenance logs

• Assist with tenant move‑ins and move‑outs

• When needed, assist and help manage tenant improvements

• Assist in obtaining bids and budgeting

• Help coordinate and manage all tenant appreciation events

• Manage and track maintenance inventory

• On‑Call emergency response.

• Other duties as required.

What You Bring

• Minimum 6 months experience of commercial real estate experience.

• Must be technology/computer proficient

• Must be personable and reliable

• Have a good understanding of construction process and practices

• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Must be able to handle modern technology and be adaptable to change

• The ideal candidate is self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, has strong initiative and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of constituents

• Able to work independently with little supervision

• Proven capabilities in multi‑tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads

• Knowledge about modern HVAC systems would be an asset.

Salary Range

$60000- $72000 CAD Per Year
