Job summary

Glow Services Corp is seeking a Junior Fraud Analyst to support fraud detection, investigation and risk prevention across US and Canadian operations. This entry-level role offers hands-on experience with alerts, applications and data analysis in a dynamic fintech environment.

You will work with a small team to review activity, document findings and help evolve fraud controls while developing skills for progression within the Fraud Risk Management function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review fraud alerts and applications in line with established procedures and risk appetite.
• Analyse customer, application, transaction and device-related information to identify potential indicators of fraud.
• Research and document investigation findings clearly and accurately.
• Identify patterns, trends and connections within fraud data and escape potential organised fraud activity.
• Support the maintenance and monitoring of fraud rules, controls and referral processes.
• Produce and maintain MI and reporting to support the Fraud Team's operational and risk management activities.
• Work collaboratively with Fraud Operations, Risk, Customer Operations, Technology, Data and external partners.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure investigations are completed within agreed service levels.
• Keep up to date with emerging fraud trends and contribute ideas to improve fraud prevention processes.
• Undertake additional fraud analysis and investigation activity as required by the business.
