In this role, you will balance fraud prevention with user experience, tune rules in Cybersource/Adyen/Kount, and validate AI-driven analyses before presenting results to stakeholders. The work is global, fast-paced, and data-driven.

Qualifications

• 3+ years writing complex SQL queries and joins across large datasets.
• Experience spotting behavioral anomalies and patterns in transaction data.
• Hands-on experience tuning rules and workflows in fraud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Query large datasets to identify emerging fraud patterns and reduce friction for legitimate travelers.
• Investigate root-cause discrepancies and perform deep-dive analyses before stakeholder reviews.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs and translate findings into actionable insights for risk partners.
