Job summary

Scene+ is seeking a Fraud Product and Operations Lead to identify, investigate, and prevent fraud across the loyalty ecosystem. You will lead fraud investigations, manage detection systems, and develop proactive prevention strategies while balancing member experience.

This hybrid Toronto role requires on-site presence three days a week with occasional weekend coverage. You will collaborate across Cybersecurity, Legal, and Member Services, driving automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and

Qualifications

• Experience with fraud prevention platforms, configuring rules, monitoring performance.
• Ability to investigate suspicious activity and translate risks into prevention strategies.
• Strong data-driven problem solving with attention to control improvements.

Responsibilities

• Review fraud-related adjustments and anomalies for investigation.
• Manage and improve fraud detection and prevention systems.
• Assess rule performance and re-configure to reduce false positives.
• Interpret fraud trends and data to propose new controls, rules, and AI features.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Legal, and Member services to resolve issues.
• Leverage automation to streamline workflows, reporting and monitoring.
• Contribute to the fraud playbook and ensure alignment with IT security policies.
