Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or Investment Funds in Canada.
• DFSA designation or equivalent Personal Financial Service Advice/Financial Planning I.
• Quebec: Personal Finance certificate with related modules.

Responsibilities

• Consistently demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in interactions.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to address needs across personal and business banking.
• Provide professional advice on complex credit and investments and ensure suitability.
• Educate clients on digital self-service while guiding via preferred channel.
• Use technology to connect with clients virtually and in person.
• Implement relationship-building strategies to accelerate acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with financial planning and mortgage experts to deliver customized guidance.
