Junior Executive/Personal Assistant - Part-Time
Our client is searching for a Junior Executive/Personal Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis in downtown Calgary. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day operations, logistical coordination, and personal support as directed.
Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability To
- Coordinate daily with Chief of Staff to align on CEO’s priorities, schedule, and objectives
- Manage CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and appointments
- Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents
- Address urgent issues and maintain confidential records
- Support special projects through research, data gathering, and timeline tracking
- Manage personal tasks including appointments, errands, and household coordination
- Plan and organize personal events and vacations
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for seamless execution of personal and professional needs
- Perform additional duties as requested by the CEO
Your strengths include:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related administrative support role.
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Experience handling personal assistant responsibilities is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Candidates must possess valid Driver’s License and have own vehicle
