Naboo.app in Montréal is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our Enterprise team in booking events, from initial briefing to contract signing, and to deploy our solution. You will convert leads into loyal customers through transparent relationships and proactive follow-up, while building a dedicated portfolio.

You will qualify leads, manage client relationships, and carry out sales activities to promote our offering, aiming to achieve personal and team objectives in a high-growth

Qualifications

• Experience as an account manager in the hotel or events industry.
• Native English is required; French is a plus.
• Based in Montreal or willing to be based there.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers to meet their needs for seminars, team trips and corporate events.
• Qualifying and processing leads, from briefings to closing, via our platform.
• Carry out targeted commercial actions to develop our offering within the account assigned to you.
• Work towards achieving individual and collective objectives.
• Propose improvements to internal processes and tools.
• Be proactive in proposing actions to roll out our offering.
• Participate in strategic discussions about Naboo.
