Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG) is seeking a Junior Data Analyst to support performance analysis and reporting across the organization. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to manage data, build dashboards, and deliver insights that inform ROI and brand impact.
The role is part-time and contract-based for 12 weeks, up to 16 hours per week, with a hybrid work arrangement. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making and collaboration across teams.
Reporting to the Senior Data Analyst, the Junior Data Analyst supports the analysis and optimization of business performance across the organization. This role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to manage databases and reporting, analyze marketing and sales data, and provide insights on ROI, brand impact, and key performance metrics. The position also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance marketing effectiveness, optimize performance, and enable data-driven decision-making.
This part-time, contract role has an hourly rate of $18.00/hr. This is a temporary position and offers flexibility to work in a hybrid work arrangement. This positions term length is 12 weeks (up to 16 hours per week).
