TD Place is seeking a Ticket Operations Coordinator to support ticket allocation, inventory control, resolution, and settlement work for events at TD Place and regional events. This full-time, permanent role offers a hybrid or on-site arrangement in Ottawa.
You will set up events in Ticketmaster systems, maintain data integrity, train sales staff, reconcile box office cash, generate reports, and provide exceptional client service to teams like the Ottawa 67’s. Bilingual French/English required.
Reporting to the Manager, Ticket Operations, the Ticket Operations Coordinator supports the areas of ticket allocation, ticket inventory control, ticket resolution, order fulfillment, ticket distribution, preparing ticket office invoices, statements and settlement sheets as it relates to events at TD Place and Regional Events. The successful candidate will be required to work all events at TD Place.
This full-time, permanent role has an annual salary range of $45,800 to $48,800, with 100% employer-paid benefits. The final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. This is a replacement position and offers flexibility to work either fully on-site or in a hybrid arrangement.
