Junior Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines

Our Personal Lines team seeks a dynamic individual with a strong customer service background to join us as a Junior Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines. If you're passionate about helping people, eager to deliver top-notch service, and interested in starting your journey in insurance, we want you on our team!

No RIBO license is required to apply. If selected, we'll reimburse 100% of your prep course and exam costs when you join.

This role involves managing a client portfolio, fostering strong relationships, processing policy changes, and providing claims advice to ensure high client retention.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing timely professional advice to clients regarding renewals, claims, billing, etc.
  2. Processing policy changes and requests accurately and promptly.
  3. Thoroughly underwriting renewals to ensure retention.
  4. Managing a book of business.
  5. Reviewing clients' insurance needs and referring to other departments as appropriate.
  6. Processing month-end reports.
Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Willingness to obtain your RIBO license with our support.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship skills.
  • Quick learner with good organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge.
