Job Opportunity: Junior Customer Service Representative, Personal Lines

Our Personal Lines team is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in customer service. No RIBO license is required to apply; if selected, we will reimburse 100% of your prep course and exam costs upon joining.

This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, fostering strong relationships, handling account servicing, processing policy changes, and providing claims advice to ensure high client retention.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide professional advice to clients regarding renewals, claims, billing, etc.
  2. Process policy changes and requests promptly and accurately.
  3. Thoroughly underwrite renewals with a focus on client retention.
  4. Manage a client book of business effectively.
  5. Review clients' insurance needs and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
  6. Prepare and review month-end reports.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
  • Enthusiastic about obtaining your RIBO license with our full support.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Quick learner with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong computer skills.
