Trouw Nutrition is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Pet Food team in St. Marys, ON. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service and focused on order fulfillment. You will work closely with logistics and manufacturing teams to manage timely order placement, scheduling, and carrier bookings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order processing cycle while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Role Overview : Providing Exceptional Support and Customer Solutions

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding companion animal feeds (training provided).
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Propose ideas to improve process efficiency.
• Accept and process orders, resolve issues, and answer questions.
• Manage the entire order fulfillment process from order creation to carrier booking and scheduling warehouse dock times.
• Provide product and application information based on standard product and delivery times (training provided).
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain high customer service standards.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Previous retail experience with a focus on customer service.
• Strong organizational and customer management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with order systems and understanding of system-based order workflows.
• Work directly with various customers, including distributors and pet owners.
• Demonstrate collaboration, communication, integrity, and influence skills.
• Show entrepreneurial spirit, focus on continuous improvement, and be team-oriented and respectful.
• This is a fully on-site role.
