Randie Wilson & Company is centrally located in downtown Vancouver and is one of the few law firms in British Columbia which restricts its practice almost exclusively to foreclosures, collection and execution litigation security enforcement and general insolvency matters.
Randie Wilson & Company has one of the larger foreclosure practices in British Columbia as well as a large contingency collection practice and we represent a broad cross-section of large institutional lenders as well as private lenders.
Since 1996, the practice has focused almost exclusively on mortgage enforcement and unsecured collections which has allowed us to develop a high level of expertise in our chosen practice areas to better serve our clients in the most efficient and cost-effective way possible.
Randie Wilson & Company is currently seeking a junior conveyancer for full time work. We require an individual who can handle a high-volume of work, who is technically inclined and who has 1-2 years of experience working as a conveyancer.
Standard Responsibilities:
File opening and LTSA/BC Online Searches
Preparation & Filing of Form C Discharges at LTSA
File management including organizing and managing large volume of discharge documents
Attending to Foreclosure Sales
Attending to Mortgage Payouts
File closures
General administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
Completion of Legal Administrative Assistant course along with 1 - 2 years of experience as a junior conveyancer
Well organized, methodical, and detail oriented
Self-motivated and prepared to take initiative with file management
Ability to manage high volume of work
Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
Sound knowledge of LTSA system
Sound knowledge of Technology
