Solutions Insurance Group in Mississauga is seeking a Junior Insurance Broker / Broker Support. Location: Mississauga and other Ontario locations. No experience or licence required, with a clear path from broker support to licensed broker.

You will receive practical experience, mentorship and structured licensing preparation as you learn the business and advance your career in a growing brokerage.

Your mentorship and licensing path

You will begin in a supervised support role, follow a structured mentorship program and take on more responsibility as your knowledge grows. You will be expected to work toward the appropriate RIBO or OTL licence and transition into a broker role once properly licensed.
