Solutions Insurance Group in Mississauga is seeking a Junior Insurance Broker / Broker Support. Location: Mississauga and other Ontario locations. No experience or licence required, with a clear path from broker support to licensed broker.

You will receive practical experience, mentorship and structured licensing preparation as you learn the business and advance your career in a growing brokerage.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience or licences required.
• You will be mentored and have a clear path from broker support to licensed broker.
• Structured mentorship program with licensing preparation and progression toward licensure.

Responsibilities

• Support licensed brokers with client files, documentation, follow ups and service.
• Learn our systems, workflows, insurance products, carrier requirements and compliance standards.
• Gather and organize client information and prepare files for review by licensed staff.
• Participate in structured training, coaching, licensing preparation and progress reviews.
• Build communication and technical skills to advise clients professionally.
• Take on greater client and business development responsibilities after becoming licensed.
