Inkeros is seeking a Jr. Recruiter to join our Toronto team, handling high-volume recruiting for multiple clients. You will screen resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain a candidate pipeline with strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate adapts quickly in a fast-paced environment and communicates effectively with stakeholders. On-site position in Toronto with ongoing training and mentoring.

The opportunity:

As part of the Inkeros Recruiting team, the Jr. Recruiter will learn the fundamentals of high-volume Recruiting in a competitive industry, managing multiple clients. The ideal candidate is somebody who is a quick learner and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment. They will be determining a candidate's potential through thoughtful and insightful questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. This is an exciting opportunity for somebody who is gifted at communicating with others and is eager to dive into a performance driven role.

What will you do?

• Somebody with high social and emotional intelligence

• Somebody with customer service/retail/hospitality experience
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas and deadlines
• Post-secondary educated is an asset but not essential
