This is a full-time, in-office position based at INK Entertainment's Head Office in the heart of Yorkville. We believe our best ideas come from collaboration, creativity, and being together, which is why this role works primarily from our Toronto headquarters, partnering closely with teams across our restaurants, nightlife venues, live events, and entertainment brands.

As Head of Digital, you'll lead the digital strategy across INK's portfolio of restaurants, nightlife venues, concerts, festivals, hospitality brands, and corporate initiatives.
You'll own the digital roadmap—from websites and CRM to paid media, SEO, marketing technology, AI, analytics, and digital customer experiences. You'll partner with leaders across Marketing, Operations, Creative, Brand Partnerships, PR, Events, and Technology to drive measurable business growth while building exceptional digital experiences.
You'll also lead and mentor our digital team, including Social Media, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the creativity and innovation that defines INK.
You're a strategic digital leader who thrives in fast-paced, creative environments. You know how to balance brand storytelling with performance marketing, and you're as comfortable discussing customer acquisition costs as you are envisioning the next big digital experience.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000 CAD per year, plus benefits.
The final offer will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, skills, education, and market considerations.
