Key Responsibilities

• Develop and create job proposals
• Analyze contractor quotes to ensure accuracy and feasibility.
• Evaluate and manage material quantities.
• Ensure that all project needs are met, including but not limited to gathering job bids, material quantities, and coordinating deliveries.
• Responsible for preparing subcontractor purchase orders for awarded projects.
• Manage and bill subcontractors for repair invoices when necessary.
• Maintain current filing and database system and look for ways to continuously improve systems and processes.
• Establish project procedures with contractual documents and quality plans for work. Oversee project controls, schedules and budgets.
• Identify and obtain approvals due to changes of scope, budget or construction schedule.
• Manage all aspects of project documentation including submittals, RFIs and project meeting minutes.
• Supervise and direct overall project activities as assigned by the Project Manager including planning and coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, ensuring all company/project policies, procedures and standards are maintained, etc.
• Maintain all change order, submittal and document (drawing) control logs.
• Prepare required logs and other project documentation for construction meetings.
• Monitor other contractors’ activities and progress.
• Assume total project supervision responsibilities in Project Manager’s absence.
