BTY Group in Toronto seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end project oversight on diverse capital developments, from planning through construction. You will manage plans, schedules, budgets, and risk, while coordinating design coordination, governance meetings, and client communications.
You will mentor junior and intermediate team members, prepare proposals’ technical components and fees, and network to build client relationships.

Our Project Management team acts as the owner’s advocate, providing end-to-end project oversight and ensuring every decision protects our clients’ interests. We deliver successful outcomes on complex developments, offering integrated technical oversight, strategic guidance, and proactive risk management across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and energy projects. We support projects of all sizes and procurement models, from Design-Build and Construction Management to complex P3/AFP delivery. Our adaptable professionals combine engineering expertise with meticulous scheduling and risk practices to optimize performance, enhance value, and keep every project on track.
Our Project Management team is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us in Toronto.
The typical hiring range for this Toronto role is $105,000-$120,000 CAD per year. This represents base salary only, not total compensation, and BTY Group may offer more or less depending on a candidate's experience and qualifications. Compensation takes into account education, training, experience, location, market factors, and internal alignment. In line with Ontario Pay Transparency rules, a candidate's past salary will not be considered in determining pay.
