Job summary

Fleetway’s Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) team seeks a Jr. ILS Analyst (Co-op) student eager to learn, grow, and impact naval programs.

You’ll help develop maintenance strategies for the Royal Canadian Navy and collaborate on engineering analyses and lifecycle considerations. You’ll learn military and commercial specifications, support Program Managers with reports, and gain exposure to contractual requirements throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering or technical role—co-op or internship experience is welcome!
  • A willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
  • Interest in naval engineering, logistics, and systems thinking.
  • Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates must be eligible to obtain required government security clearances.
  • All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian CGP and Canadian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Spend most of your time working on naval projects, contributing to engineering analyses and modeling.
  • Learn and apply military and commercial specifications related to maintenance planning, LSA, AR&M, FMECA, RCM, LORA, Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost modeling.
  • Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
  • Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

As a member of the ILS team, you’ll:

    • Failure Modes Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA)
    • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM)
    • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)
    • Spares modeling and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) modeling
  • Support Program Managers with customer engagement, presentations, and formal reports.
  • Gain exposure to contractual requirements, customer specifications, engineering data, and design changes throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications

Education
