Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Full-Time Cook/Line Cook to support the preparation and presentation of food within a specific outlet. You will follow the Chef de Partie and leaders to ensure quality, sanitation and efficient kitchen operations.

You will learn, train others, and contribute to menu execution while maintaining FIFO and high standards. The role starts December 7, 2026, with opportunities to grow within a vibrant resort team in Canada.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of kitchen operations experience (preferred).
• Willingness to gain job-specific knowledge and grow.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong problem solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities.
• Ensure food sanitation, FIFO and proper storage.
• Learn, receive training and teach line staff to develop technique.
• Prioritize tasks and delegate as needed.
• Assist Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Executive Chef with ordering.
• Provide feedback to leadership for future seasons.
• Support efforts to deliver high-quality products and guest experiences.
