Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking an Activities Assistant to lead daily activities and enrichment programs for residents. You will encourage participation, help plan calendars and newsletters, and escort residents to programs while keeping spaces organized.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to lead small group activities. A high school diploma/GED is required, and a valid driver’s license may be needed. Senior living experience is preferred.

• Document participation per regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor resident engagement and communicate changes appropriately.
