Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking an Activities Assistant to bring joy, purpose and connection to seniors. You will assist in leading daily activities, events and enrichment programs, and help create welcoming, meaningful experiences for residents.

You will encourage participation, escort residents to programs, prepare calendars and newsletters, maintain spaces, document participation and support volunteers and partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead small group activities.
• Valid driver's license (as applicable).
• Senior living experience preferred.
