What will you do?

• Learn and grow as part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Represent Reliance professionally, courteously, and with a customer service focus on every call.
• Diagnose and repair electrical problems in residential systems, including fault-finding, panel changes, generator installation, knob and tube removal, and home rewiring.
• Accurately estimate repair costs, ensure repairs are fixed right the first time, and communicate value to homeowners.
• Set priorities and work assignments to meet deadlines.
• Perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
• Follow all safety rules, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct general and specific equipment inspections.
• Educate customers about electrical work in homes.
• Stay up-to-date with modern equipment and regulations.
• Explain the value of Reliance products, services, and programs during calls.
