Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brakes, diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices in a learning-focused environment.
• Collaborate with a team on vehicles from standard cars to light trucks.
• Identify service opportunities in partnership with Sales team.
• Maintain high safety and quality standards in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified
• A valid driver’s license.
• Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
