Qualifications

• Fully licensed as Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal).
• TBA Level 3-4 candidate considered with progress toward full licensure.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience on brakes, suspension and alignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of mechanical services including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices to develop skills in a learning-focused environment.
• Collaborate with a team on multiple vehicles from standard cars to light trucks.
• Identify service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in all tasks.

We are also open to considering TBA Level 3-4 candidates who are working toward becoming a fully licensed Automotive Service Technician. This full-time, permanent role is based in our (Golden, BC) store.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance.
• Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment.
• Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks.
• Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
• Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified or currently progressing through the TBA program at Level 3-4.
• A valid driver’s license.
• Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience with front‑end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments.
• Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles.
• Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem‑solving.
