Job summary

PTW Energy Services is seeking a local Journeyman Electrician to join our team in Hinton, Alberta. The role involves working shifts of 8/6 with potential overtime based on workload and travel expenses currently covered for nearby or relocating candidates.

Applicants must have electrical experience and be certified Journeyperson or indentured apprentice, with valid safety tickets and a Class 5 license. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Must possess construction and maintenance electrical experience.
• Must be an indentured electrical Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson.
• Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work safely.
• Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive)
• A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate

• Working Hours:Opportunityto work 8 to 12 hours per day based on workload requirements
• Overtime:Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis
• Travel Pay:Travel expenses are temporarilycovered for thisposition. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area
