Job summary

PTW Energy Services invites applications for a Local Journeyman Electrician to join our Lloydminster team. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial projects, interpreting drawings and ensuring compliance with Canadian Electrical Code.

The role requires a valid Journeyman certificate (Red Seal preferred), 4+ years' experience, and readiness for shift work, overtime, and weekend hours, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal preferred).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance electrical work.
• Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), CSTS 2020.
• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH&S requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.
• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.
• Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.
• Other duties as required.

• Competitive hourly wage,commensurate with experience and certification.
