Job summary

PTW Energy Services is hiring local Apprentice Electricians (2nd, 3rd and 4th year) to join our team in Valleyview, AB. Various shift schedules and potential overtime are available as workload requires.

Travel is not covered for this local position; candidates must be within commuting distance or willing to relocate. Apprentices receive support for apprenticeship programs, tuition reimbursement, starter toolkit, RRSP participation and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must have construction and maintenance electrical experience.
• Must be an indentured electrical Apprentice or a certified Journeyperson.
• Must take initiative, work independently and in a team.
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated safety mindset and tickets (CSO, First Aid, Fall Protection, H2S Alive).

PTW is hiring local ApprenticeElectricians 2nd, 3rd and 4th Year to join ourteam in Valleyview, AB.If you are available, we want to hear from you!

Job Details:

• Shift:Various shift schedules available
• Working Hours:Opportunityto work 8 to 12 hours per day based on workload requirements
• Overtime:Overtime opportunities may be available on an occasional basis
• Travel Pay:Travel expenses are not covered for this local position. Candidates must be located within commuting distance or be willing to relocate to the area
• Apprentices:Support provided for apprenticeship programs and completion of required hours

Requirements:

• Must possess construction and maintenance electricalexperience.
• Must be an indentured electricalApprentice or a certified Journeyperson.
• Must be able to take initiative, work independently as well as in a team.
• Must be reliable and dependable (i.e.: punctual and ready to work).
• Excellent communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to work safely.
• Must have valid safety tickets (CSO, Standard First Aid, ESC Fall Protection and H2S Alive)
• A valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
• Must be local to the area or within commuting distance, or willing to relocate
