PTW Energy Services is seeking a Local Journeyman Electrician to join our team in the Battleford area. You will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial projects/sites.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with Canadian Electrical Code, OH&S, and safety procedures. Overtime, shift work, and strong safety focus are required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate; Red Seal preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years in industrial maintenance electrical work.
• Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), CSTS 2020.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a LocalJourneyman Electrician to join our team in the Battleford areaYou will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on industrial projects/sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, equipment, and components.


• Interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.


• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform corrective actions.


• Ensure all work complies with electrical code, safety regulations, and company policies.


• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.


• Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and equipment.


• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites.


• Complete documentation, work orders, and reports as required.


• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work environment.


• Other duties as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Valid Journeyperson Electrician Certificate (Red Seal certification preferred).


• Minimum of 4years of experience in industrial maintenance electrical work.


• Valid H2S Alive, Fall Protection, Standard First Aid (Level A or C with CPR/AED), and CSTS 2020.


• Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and OH\&S requirements.


• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.


• Proficient with hand tools, testing devices, and electrical equipment.


• Valid driver's licence


• Flexible availability for shift work, overtime, and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and self-direction


• Ability to work in various environments, including heights, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wage ranging from $45/h, commensurate with experience and certification.


• Shift: 5 days on 2 days off


• Overtime opportunities paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate.
