Job Description

Under the supervision of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Inspector will perform inspections and process audits to ensure products meet customer standards. Excellent communication skills are essential for collaborating across departments.

Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assessments and process audits on incoming materials and manufacturing stages
  • Read and interpret drawings and specifications
  • Verify dimensions and functionality to meet specifications
  • Address quality issues promptly, escalating as necessary
  • Recommend process improvements for continuous quality enhancement
  • Document inspections and report findings
  • Communicate quality concerns effectively with stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Experience with standard inspection tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in a similar role
  • Knowledge of precision inspection tools; quality certification is a plus
  • Fluent in French and English, with strong communication skills for customer interactions
